Description
Cars now completely blocking wheelchair access as well. Chained bike illegally on sidewalk in front of 62 Boylston St. Blocking path for wheelchair user. Issue with same bike owner many times last year which took months until tow. Expect to see tow immediately so wheelchair user can safely traverse.
