Residential Trash out Illegally

- 525 Beacon Street (along with most other apartments on the block) dispose of their trash by putting plastic garbage bags on the ground in the back alley (alley 908). It is disgusting, and it attracts rats daily. I have them in my walls because of this improper trash disposal. Nobody uses bins.
