- IMPACT FIRE truck outside Toro restaurant in the South End, Boston MA doing some kind of cleaning with a very loud vaccuum it sounds like. It started at 12am tonight and it is still going and its now 1am. This is a noise violation, I can't sleep and I have to be up early for work. The machine is SO LOUD! It is doing some type of cleaning service at 1am. Please come tell them to stop.
