- A “NO PARKING” sign needs to be put in this spot on Lincoln street. My previous tickets were closed - while there is a “No Stopping” sign there, CARS ARE STILL PARKING HERE. Cars that are turning out of South Waverly street onto Lincoln CANNOT SEE and it is very dangerous. A No Parking sign needs to be placed. This is ridiculous. “No Stopping” IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
