As of today, July 9, 2026, the situation has escalated beyond a mere maintenance nuisance; it is now an active public health crisis. We are currently observing multiple carcasses of deceased rats in common residential areas and adjacent to the children’s playground. These decaying remains are attracting swarms of flies, which are then entering our homes. This environment presents immediate, actionable risks to the health and safety of all residents, including our most vulnerable: Vector-Borne Disease Transmission: The presence of flies feeding on rotting biological waste and subsequently entering living spaces creates a direct pathway for the transmission of pathogens into our kitchens and living areas.
