- Constituent reports an infestation of flies in their unit, 1314 Blue Hill Ave, unit B13. Constituent states tha their wife kills 40-50 flies in their unit every day. Constituent brought this issue to the attention of their property manager, where they were able to find the source of the flies, which was holes around the property with maggots.
