Abandoned Vehicle

Description

There are two cars parked directly in front of my house that have been there for no fewer than three weeks. My parents are older and I would like access to the bottom of my stairs. I know it’s a city street, but the fact that these people come and park their car and then abandoned it is very very frustrating. One apparently works for Uber…regardless, I wish they would find somewhere else to park instead of a residential neighborhood. Please help.
