- A black vehicle has been parking perpendicular to the street block the entire sidewalk and this is at the end of the driveway at 39 Norton Street off of Bowdoin Street. There is also a blue truck blocking the fire hydrant directly across from 26 Norton Street the same side as the car that has been blocking the sidewalk going on for 3 months now.
