- Something needs to be done about this turn at the end of South Waverly St onto Lincoln street. Since the new apartment building on the corner has been finished, cars are now parking on the left side, making it impossible to see while turning onto Lincoln street. A No Parking sign is needed ASAP. This is a serious safety hazard for cars coming both directions. We have had numerous tickets submitted for months and conversations had with city employees and still nothing has been done.
