- I've noticed an increase in rats on Embassy Rd especially at the top of the street . Today, I noticed a terrible smell coming from under my back porch deck. There is a burrow close to foundation with flies above burrow. If someone could come to assess situation and advise what I should do, I would greatly appreciate it.
