Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [Yes] What is the nature of the problem: [Const. states there has been an ongoing issue with rodent activity in the area, not entirely sure where they are coming from but there is a sewage/drainage pipe in the neighbor's backyard that they appear to be coming from. Requesting inspection + any mitigation efforts]
