- Hello, This is a second request, rodent issue request sent 3 weeks ago-At 220 #2 East Cottage Street, at all times of the day, bird food & other food scraps are being tossed on the ground creating a pigeon and rat infestation. This is a health hazard for the people that live in our neighborhood. There has been verbal requests by neighbors to the owner of Unit 2 to stop this feeding practice. To date the feeding has not stopped and continues daily. There are large numbers of pigeons roosting and defecting on neighbors roofs and porches. There are rats nesting on their property and neighbor’s property, under abutters porch. Rats have been seen at Richardson Park and the William A. Meaney Playground. Could this please be addressed with condo owner & the HOA East Cottage Street Condo Trust 218-220 E Cottage St Dorchester, MA 02125.
