Description: There is this Caucasian homeless man who is incredibly dirty. His face hands and clothing are soiled with black dirt. He wears a red dirty winter jacket and tan pants and hangs out in front of the Dunkin donuts and McDonalds occasionally begging for money to eat. He sometimes sits on a park bench in the little park between commonwealth ave. and the Commonwealth Hotel. He scratches himself because he does not bathe. There must be a Boston Homeless Rescue group that can see to this guy's needs like cleaning himself and clothes plus eating some food. I tried contacting Boston Public Health commission but the email address does not work.
