Description: Our 3 unit apartment building, 130 Boston St., Dorchester only has one recycling bin for the whole building. Unsure what happened to the other bins, they were not in good shape so it was assumed they were taken because of their bad condition, but no replacement so far has been put in place. Kindly requesting more recycling bins please
