- Non painted lines Chelsea street side of the island Day Square was painted in 2024 October to be exact. We still not have any painted white lines.. I’ve asked for this before and I’m asking for this again. Could the city send public works yes we department down here to paint the lines so cars can fit and they don’t park awkward and take up two spaces at a time please
