What is the nature of the problem: [neighbor reports abandoned building at 94 blue hill ave. states building can only be accessed/seen from the side street 3-5 stafford st. const reports that poor conditions of property has led to high rodent activity including rodents chewing through car wires and digging through trash due to abandoned property attracting them. requesting enforcement+contact]
