- 305 Chestnut ave rat sighting running from property across street. It is a construction site and should have bait stations but it did not have them before until visit from city rat control department. New rat borrow in my backyard across from 305 Chestnut Ave.

Noted. 305 has no rodent activity and they also have pest control on-site. Across the street please get a licensed Pest control company to treat your burrow. Burrow seems to be of Chipmunk.
