Riders congregate for extended periods, idle engines beneath residential windows, block portions of the sidewalk, and create ongoing noise and pedestrian safety concerns. Residents experience this daily, yet enforcement appears absent. We are asking for consistent enforcement of existing parking, sidewalk-riding, and traffic regulations
