Description: Internal building temperatures within the apartment units have reached over 90 degrees on top of street construction this past week making it miserable to open windows. Management has said ac will be turned on next week. Its been a week of temps into the 90s inside the building which is a violation of city ordnance past 78 degrees without mechanism to adjust. Please help. Some of the residents here are on low income with significant health issues. Teuly this is a sad unacceptable situation and regardless what happens i have lost faith in my management team residents wont report due to fear and retribution but due to health conditions i am suffering unnecessarily due to this excessive heat in the unit. This is compromising my health and hime health care which was unable to be conducted due to construction noise and we couldn’t hear each other during meetings as well it was 90 degrees in the apartment units so too hot 🥵 to do anything. Unacceptable and life threatening temps dor residents with heath issues.
