- I am writing to report the vacant property at 49 Condor Street, which has been unmaintained for over a year. The owner died suddenly last March and it was purchased last week by an investor who is using an LLC to purchase, Penny Investments LLC. The grass and vegetation have grown to approximately 5 feet tall and remain unkept. Additionally, there are rat burrows under the house, which raises serious concerns about pest infestation. This condition is unsightly and may pose health and safety concerns for the neighborhood. I respectfully request that the city inspect the property and take appropriate action.
