- The Bertucci's at 633 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury has mice that have been seen running around in their dining room. I was in the restaurant on Monday June 1st around 7:45-8:50pm, and mice (at least 1 or 2) were seen running around the dining room by two separate members of my party. Unfortunately, I do not have photos to support my report, but I looked on Google Maps and saw that someone posted a 1-star review of that location a year ago. That person/poster (Wynter View) included a photograph, which I will attach. They also included a video.

Noted. After following up on a complaint at 633 VFW Prkwy. (Bertuccis) of a guest who stated they had observed mice inside of the business my findings were as follows: I met with the manager on duty at that time and made him aware of the situation.I was scheduled for a re-inspection on 6/15/2026 but because of this particular complaint arrived early to address the issue. I explained to management that they will have to have pest control on site more frequently to help with the current issue. There was minimal evidence of rodent activity inside of the establishment yet pest control was stating catches on the reports. Upon completion of the inspection I cited 1 Priority and 2 Core Violations with a pre-hearing scheduled for 6/18/2026. See license# 19320 for the last detailed report.
