- Reporting rodent and mice issue at 41 and 45 Montcalm Ave in Brighton. The residents don’t appear to store their trash properly and a lot of junk in 41 and noticing burrows. I believe that both houses have absent landlords. Rodents and mice getting underneath my front porch and I store my trash properly etc. unfortunately with all these issues I’m in the middle of it all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Noted. Violations issued to neighbors already, spoke with brother of constituent on 6-2-26. Will also see if rat activity is at 45 as well. Eric.McGevna@Boston.gov.
