Description: There is a constant flow of unregistered and/or frequently changing vehicles entering and leaving the property at all hours. The activity goes far beyond normal residential vehicle maintenance and appears to be a commercial operation being run from a home in violation of residential zoning regulations. The impact on surrounding residents has become significant. There is persistent engine noise, loud music, revving, and vehicles accelerating aggressively on the dirt road. The automotive exhaust and chemical fumes have become so frequent that it is difficult to comfortably sit outside or even garden during the day. There are also serious concerns about the improper storage or disposal of automotive fluids and chemicals associated with this activity. In addition, the constant traffic and repeated wheel spinning are contributing to the deterioration of the roadway and worsening existing pothole issues. The ongoing noise, fumes, traffic, and general disruption have substantially interfered with the quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties and negatively affected the overall quality of life in the neighborhood. Residents should not have to live near what effectively operates as a commercial auto repair business in a residential area.
