Description: The construction on Peterborough st has been going on since last year, and the contractor d'ellesandros repeated keeps excavating large trenches, patching them up, and excavating the same trench again for months on end. why are they patching up trenches only to excavate the same one again? the project has not progressed for months despite the workers being out there everyday, causing so much noise and air pollution on the street. what is going on and is there proper oversight over this construction? i have seen this construction crew set up their machinery and equipment at 7am on the street, only to disappear for hours with no one working or supervising anything.
