Pest Infestation - Residential

Noted. After following up on a complaint at 704 Centre St. of a guest who stated they had seen rats inside of the establishment my findings were as follows: I met with the manager on duty at that time and made him aware of the situation. I then spoke with the owner of the establishment on the phone explaining the situation. As of right now pest control is on site once a month. Based on my findings I required the business to increase the amount of pest inspections based on the companies findings. I required management to have pest control also check the drop ceilings in order to determine if there was any additional activity. I then conducted a full sanitary inspection where I cited 2 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 6 Core Violations with a re-inspection scheduled for 5/26/2026.
