- Motorcycles illegally parked and have been parking here regularly. Individuals are avoiding paying a meter fee because it's not in an actual parking spot, it's a tow zone. If I parked my car here I'm sure that it would be tagged. And does placing a cover over your motorcycle exempt you from parking illegally?? Must be nice.
