- Damage utility pole intersection Orleans St. and Hynes St. East Boston, the city has been working on the sidewalks and during the repairs the wires cover that runs along the pole was moved exposing the wires and tube that carry the utilities lines underground and in to my home, water is going down and getting in to my basement, please get this fix soon, before it rains again.
