- I filed a report on 5/6/26 regarding 101 Greenfield Rd. And 97 Greenfield Rd., Mattapan, MA and the report was closed without the issues at 101 Greenfield Rd. being addressed. As mentioned in previous report #101006635146, the residence at 101 Greenfield Road has a old shed with excessive leaves and wood at the rear where my pest control technician from MD Weaver pointed out to me where there was rodent activity. AS I MENTIONED IN THE REPORT AND ALSO TO INSPECTOR DIAZ AND ASST. COMMISSION JOHN UHRLICH, THE CONDITIONS AT 97 GREENFIELD RD AND 101 GREENFIELD RD HAVE MADE IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO PAY MONTHLY ($80) TO HAVE MY PROPERTY MONITORED. MY PROPERTY WAS MONITORED ON 4/25/26. I HAD TO HAVE A SERVICE CALL ON 5/6/26 TO HAVE A BURROW AT THE FRONT OF MY HOME TREATED AND TODAY I FOUND ANOTHER BURROW AT THE FRONT OF MY HOME THAT MD WEAVER WILL TREAT ON 5/11/26. THE RODENTS ARE ORIGINATING FROM 101 GREENFIELD RD BEHIND THE OLD SHED WITH THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS AND 97 GREENFIELD RD WHERE THERE IS A SHED FOUNDATION WITH BURROWS. I HAVE NO TRASH, DEBRIS OR ACCUMULATION OF WOOD AND LEAVES AROUND MY PROPERTY SO AS TO MAKE AN ENVIRONMENT FOR RODENTS. TODAY I CONTACTED THE BOARD OF HEALTH FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE ISD RESPONSE HAS BEEN UNSATISFACTORY .

Noted. These complaints are NOT Closed. In our end are noted and the constituent side are viewed as Closed. Update on this issue: Spoke with Ms. Teal and explained that property on 97 Greenfield is with our legal team to understand better the situation on that property. Property is currently vacant and in sanitary conditions. 101 Greenfield is currently aware of the situation and are going to do a spring cleaning around the garage. Will re-inspect next week. Again complaint is open and being monitored.
