- Neighbor Bruce Irving and his partner. in Unit #305 are still letting there dogs drop hard toys and balls on there hardwood floors no rugs making very loud impact noise. This is effecting my health and management is not helping they are Erica Tobias(Property Manager) and Shannon Earley ( Regional Manager). Police came out and also animal Control and they are still not complying with the noise ordinance. They are violating my right to Quiet Enjoyment and rest. It is 10:16pm.
