- I am reporting an unlicensed commercial food operation called “Pizza Le Beth” running out of a residential apartment in the North End at 28 Battery St. They are selling high-risk TCS food (pizza with cheese, sauce, and toppings) which is prohibited in residential kitchens under Massachusetts State Sanitary Code. They are advertising and taking orders via Hotplate/Instagram, posing potential fire safety risks to the building and health risks to the public.
