Description: I am writing to report a significant noise disturbance occurring at the Reservation Skatepark in Hyde Park. Currently, at approximately 1:12 AM, there is extremely loud music being played at the park that is clearly audible from surrounding residential properties. This is a direct violation of Boston’s Noise Ordinance regarding "Unreasonable Noise", which states that noise is unreasonable if it exceeds 50 decibels between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The current volume far exceeds this limit and is disrupting the sleep of the neighborhood. As this is a public park, I request that a unit be dispatched to enforce the city’s quiet hours and disperse the gathering. Thank you.
