- Commercial vehicles have been parked on St. Charles Street since approximately 6:00 a.m. They are deliberately parking at the far end of the street and in corners, out of view from Chandler Street, likely to avoid enforcement. These vehicles remain all day, every day without ticketing. Please have an officer go all the way down to the end of St. Charles Street to inspect and issue appropriate enforcement.
