- I am reaching out as a renter living at 470 Sumner Street Unit 3 in the Jeffries Point neighborhood of East Boston. We reached out to our landlord. Three weeks ago we had issues with our hot water that needed to be rectified. We've been reaching out to our landlord since but he has yet to reply. The issue needs to be rectified.
