- The street conditions of the North End have been on a steep decline as of late. Trash is constantly everywhere - a result of seagulls and rodents ripping apart bags on trash night. Streets used to be cleaned up within 24 hours, but as of late this is the consistent condition. It’s not only disgusting, but a poor reflection of the beautiful neighborhood we live in. One that tourists flock to and will soon be repulsed by.
