- Pls remove one space. Move no stopping sign further up hill. Parking space causes turn issues and backup. If no car is parked here, cars coming down Rockview can turn left or right safely and with good visibility. Cars turning R onto Rockview from Spring Park can also turn promptly and safely, even at the same time. If car here, left turner from Rockview and R turner from Spring Park are often stuck, backing up Spring Park and even Burr.
