- Good morning It is 3:45 AM on Tuesday morning and I was just woken up by El Pache Restaurant trash pick up. Trash pick up is supposed to be between the hours of 6 AM to 7 AM not 3:45 AM. The city needs to step up and help the residents that live around the restaurant after all you are the people that approved i in the resident who live here paying for it. My sleep is disturbed every night and this is a quality of life issue I have a video of the guy picking up the trash, but for some reason, I cannot upload it to the 311 app. But I was able to send it to the licensing board this morning.
