- 177 Fifth street. Contractor is storing construction materials on the sidewalk fully blocking public access. There are no permits for this use and there is also no protection between the sidewalk and 15 foot open pit they have dug. Dumpster and commercial vehicles are stored over night without a permit. The lack of safety around the hole they have excavated is very dangerous and they are filling the street with trash and construction debris. Permit expired in February for the dumpster. Never any permits for their other nonsense
