- We have been dealing with a loose manhole cover in front of our house for years. I’ve reported it to Eversource multiple times. Now with the winter we just had it is ten times worse. We live in a main street and every car that goes over it makes a loud bang. We can’t even keep the windows open. It’s so awful. I have videos but can not download them to this app for some reason.
