- Whoever is living over my apartment is throwing cigarette butts out of the window on my private back door or porch area. I have spoken to the manager and others in the management office since I moved in to 183 Orton Marotta Way # 5009 South Boston MA 02127 in November, I asked that this be stopped and that the butts be cleaned up. Nothing has been done. I don’t smoke and I understand that smoking is prohibited in this complex. Besides this being unsightly, this is a fire hazard. Please intervene with this problem.
