- Water cup | Store name/location: [McDonald's 178 Border St, East Boston, MA 02128] When did this happen: [03/10/2026] Details: [This may be a case better suited to ISD Health or BWSC but a constituent called in regards to McDonald's forcing them to pay "a reasonable fee" for a cup for water while they believe that restaurants aren't allowed to charge for tap water. Constituent would like clarification on this issue if possible and if McDonald's is breaking any rules they would like someone to investigate them further.]
