- Abandoned broken down car illegally parked over the white line separating parking and the main artery roadway. It’s been there for weeks. It was marked as not being there previously even though it hasn’t moved. Make and model provided in picture. It is blindsiding vehicles in front of it trying to pull out from the curb.
