- Posting another report about the snow coverage on top of the wheelchair ramp at the street corner by the Copley BPL on Boylston and Exeter. Filed a report about this after the last snow and it wasn’t dealt with. Today, this family had to ask their elderly relative to stand up out of the wheelchair in order to lift the chair over the curb. This snow pile on the wheel ramp is a real accessibility issue!
