- Cars are rolling the East Cottage at Pleasant street stop sign. BTD and the neighborhood had hoped that the redesigned intersection would eliminate this behavior. Maybe it has reduced it but after 6 months or so, the rolling of the stop sign has returned. They aren’t even stopping for a split second but just turning onto Pleasant Street. Twice now, they only stopped because I was in the crosswalk.
