There was no indication prior that this move would be happening. The signs were posted on the constituent's tree on their private property. Across the street has a sign on posted on a pinecone. None of the codes on the signs or searching the street show any indication of a valid street occuapncy permit. Constituent is unsure on how to proceed.]
