- It's more than 3 weeks since the big snowstorm and many streets are still not cleared. Residents have put in 311 tickets abd calls for the even side of Comm Ave from Chestnut Hill Driveway up to Evergreen Cemetery. Why is snow removal being ignored? The opposite side of Comm Ave has a few blocks that are cleared to curb.
