- Noise Complaint: Neighbors have been playing movies/shows loud with heavy bass lately nights up to 3AM. We have previously talked to them and management many times, but the noise is still there. It is affecting our sleep and the noise makes us very anxious due to the heavy thudding from the bass. Noise is coming from APT 126
