Sidewalk Not Shoveled

Description: All of the number 9 bus route stops along Herald street are not shoveled out or wheelchair accessible. Additionally Herald street is much too busy to enter the bus from the street. My partner uses a wheelchair and wouldn't have been able to get on the bus, if he was with me -- this is the main route we use to get into and out of the city. Even still, there was a woman who uses a walker who had to enter the bus from the street at Herald and Washington.
