- This has been reported with no results. This non RPP vehicle with temporary Vermont plates has been parked in our neighborhood for days with no tickets issued. With more snow coming parking for RESIDENTS is becoming more difficult. Why is this allowed? These vehicles should be ticketed and towed. Please send BTD.
