- Potentially abandoned vehicle sitting here for more than one week. It is evident by the accumulated snow on the car. That’s is being said the vehicle is violating 72 hours without moving rule as well the rear part of the vehicle also exceeds the curbe. We are living in this street but many vehicles do not move for weeks and even months. As a result we never find any parking spot when we come back from work. Thus we are reporting those vehicles that are using the street parking as their garage. Location: intersection between pearl and barlett st Charlestown Ma. Location is also marked.
