Const stated that the contractors used a tractor to move the snow from the street on to the sidewalk area to get access to the manholes. Const is requesting that the snow is removed from the sidewalk because it is a really high mound and it is blocking pedestrian access. This is by Public Alley 433 and Exeter St.]
